We’re now hiring our first Head of Marketing to build, lead, and scale the marketing engine.
Role Overview
You will own the entire marketing function—brand, product marketing, demand generation, content, community, events, partnerships, PR, and marketing analytics. Your north star : generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and build an iconic category-defining brand.
This is a high-ownership, strategic + execution role
for someone who thrives in fast environments, loves storytelling, and understands SaaS growth levers deeply.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Build and execute the GTM + full-funnel marketing strategy for US + global markets
Define positioning, messaging, and narrative to own the “Agentic AI CRM for eCommerce” category
Create annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue targets
Demand Generation & Growth
Own pipeline generation, conversion & marketing-sourced revenue
Build multi-channel campaigns—LinkedIn, ABM, email, paid, SEO, retargeting, influencer, communities
Partner with sales to optimize lead routing, scoring, sequences, SLAs, and attribution
Reduce CAC and improve CAC payback
Product & Category Marketing
Deeply understand product, roadmap, competition & customer psychology
Launch features, agents, modules, case studies, sales enablement, pitch decks, playbooks
Conduct win / loss, user journey & market research
Brand, Content & Thought Leadership
Build a memorable brand voice, visual identity & storytelling engine
Oversee LinkedIn content, blogs, videos, newsletters, website, landing pages
Turn founders, advisors & customers into distribution channels
Community, Partnerships & Events
Scale RLOE, founder communities, ambassador + referral programs
Own sponsorships, conferences, AMAs, customer events, podcasts, PR
Data, Ops & Tooling
Build dashboards across pipeline, MQL→SQL→Win funnel, CAC, ROI, NRR lift
Own martech stack—HubSpot / mailchimp, automation, analytics, enrichment, ads tools
Team Leadership
Hire, coach & scale specialists across growth, demand gen, PMM, content, design, events
Create a culture of experimentation, velocity, ownership & creativity

Ideal Candidate Profile
6–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing—preferably PLG, eCommerce, Martech, AI, CX or CRM
Experience owning pipeline and revenue targets with Sales / Growth teams
Strong in ABM, demand gen, product marketing & storytelling
Has built marketing foundations at Series A / B and scaled toward $20M+ ARR
Analytical, experimentation-driven, great with data & attribution
Exceptional writing, messaging, and narrative thinking
Comfortable working closely with founders & senior execs
Scrappy operator—roll-up-sleeves mindset, not just strategy
Bonus : US DTC / eCommerce ecosystem networks
