Job description
  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting integrated IT Systems.
  • Experience with Point of Sales, Retail POS business processes and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with team members of Cross Functions / departments
  • Installation, Configuration of POS, Omnichannel & Other Business Applications
  • Manage L1 & L2 Support tickets on ITSM portal within defined SLAs.
  • Good at documenting issues and determining the root cause
  • Ability to test fixes, patches and solutions provided.
  • Ensure completeness of documentation
  • Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Professional communication skills - gives clear instructions, good listener
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Experience in Ginesys POS will be added advantage
