Qualifications:

● Medical degree (MBBS, MS/MCh/) from an accredited institution.

● Completion of residency in General Surgery and fellowship or super-specialty training in Neurosurgery.

● Board certification in Neurosurgery.

● Valid medical license to practice in [Insert State/Region].

● Exceptional hand-eye coordination and surgical dexterity.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and decision-making abilities under pressure.

● Teaching or research experience is an added advantage.
