Position : Senior Graphic Designer

Reporting To : Founder and Creative Director

Compensation Structure

1. Fixed Pay (Monthly) : TBD depends on experience and portfolio

Covers core responsibilities and deliverables.

2. Variable Pay (Performance-based) : TBD 5% - 7.5% of the project profit TBD

Based on project quality, deadlines met, creativity, and client satisfaction. Variable component

to be disbursed quarterly or on project completion.

• Design and develop creatives for digital, print, and branding campaigns.
• Define and articulate the overall creative direction for campaigns, branding, and

communication.
