Planning & Control -Offshore Oil& Gas

Experience : 8-20 years

Position Purpose :

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain project schedules using

Primavera P6 / MS Project .

Establish and control baseline schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore installation.

Track progress, analyze variances, and recommend recovery actions for schedule and cost deviations.

Prepare

weekly / monthly progress and cost reports

for management review.

Support project budgeting, cost forecasting, and cash flow preparation.

Evaluate scope changes, maintain risk registers, and assist in change management and claims.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and offshore sites for accurate progress data.

Provide inputs to project dashboards and management presentations.

Technical Competencies :

Expertise in

Primavera P6 ,

MS Project , and

MS Excel .

Knowledge of

cost control, earned value management, and risk analysis .

Familiar with industry standards (API, ISO, DNV).

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
