About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Manager / Sr. Manager – Digital Client Servicing to lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media channels, coordinating website maintenance with technical teams, and overseeing complete digital and media management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client point of contact for all digital and social media projects.
- Lead end-to-end social media management — strategy, content planning, execution, analytics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with creative, content, technical, and media teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate website maintenance and updates with internal or external developers to ensure performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Assist in digital media planning and management, including paid social, search, and display campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports for clients.
- Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Manage multiple clients efficiently and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior client servicing team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.Required Skills
5–7 Years of experience in digital client servicing, account management, or digital marketing, preferably at an agency or digital-first organization.Strong understanding of social media strategy and execution across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).Basic technical understanding of website management, including CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and analytics tools.Working knowledge of digital media management and coordination with media buying teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.Preferred Skills
