About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Manager / Sr. Manager – Digital Client Servicing to lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media channels, coordinating website maintenance with technical teams, and overseeing complete digital and media management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client point of contact for all digital and social media projects.
  • Lead end-to-end social media management — strategy, content planning, execution, analytics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, technical, and media teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
  • Manage and coordinate website maintenance and updates with internal or external developers to ensure performance, functionality, and user experience.
  • Assist in digital media planning and management, including paid social, search, and display campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports for clients.
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Manage multiple clients efficiently and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior client servicing team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Required Skills

  • 5–7 Years of experience in digital client servicing, account management, or digital marketing, preferably at an agency or digital-first organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and execution across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Basic technical understanding of website management, including CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of digital media management and coordination with media buying teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies.
