Role : Senior Analyst - Claims Operations (French)

Years of Experience : Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience

Location : Noida ( candidates for Delhi NCR can apply too)

Shift : should be comfortable to work in night shifts / Rotational Shifts as per the Business Requirement

Education : B.A, B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA.

Key Responsibilities

Processing Life Insurance and Living benefits Claims for Canadian customers.
Coordinate with onshore teams and the client to ensure timely processing of Claims transactions.
Managing

Skills and Attributes for Success

The candidate would be required to process Life Insurance and Living Benefits Claims

Fluent French speaking / writing skills

Excellent communication skills – English

Must have Life Insurance / Living Benefits Claims background

Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience

Working in Canadian processes would be preferred.
