We are looking for a skilled and motivated Generative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI solutions using the Langchain framework on Zendesk platform.

The core project is to enhance customer support capabilities with intelligent automation directly impacting the experience of students globally.

Key Responsibilities :

Designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI applications using the Langchain framework.

Integrating these AI solutions seamlessly with our Zendesk ecosystem via Zendesk APIs.

Building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to provide accurate, context-aware responses from knowledge bases.

Developing autonomous AI agents to handle tasks like ticket summarization, automated categorization, and intelligent response suggestions.

Collaborating with our support and product teams to understand student needs and refine the AI solutions.

Requirements :

1-2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI or software development role.

Langchain : Proven experience building applications with Langchain framework.

Zendesk Integration : Demonstrable experience working with and integrating Zendesk APIs.

RAG : Solid understanding and practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.

AI Agents : Experience in designing and building AI agents using Langchain and MCP / similar frameworks.

Programming : Strong proficiency in Python / Go.

Good to Have :

Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS).

Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS).

Prior experience in SaaS or customer support-focused environment.
