The role
We’re looking for a Growth / Sales Development Representative who knows how to open doors and start conversations. Someone who can find the right companies, reach out with purpose, and turn interest into qualified meetings.
This role sits at the top of our sales funnel. You’ll research companies, send thoughtful cold emails, and make direct calls to marketing leaders & founders—CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth, and Content Directors. These are smart people who know the basics. They just need the right partner who can help them scale their organic growth. You need to sound like someone who understands business, marketing, and growth.
What you’ll do
Research and identify brands that fit our ICP.
Build accurate lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Clay.
Write short, natural cold emails that sound human.
Run cold calls to follow up, qualify, and book meetings.
Manage outreach through tools like Instantly, HubSpot, Attio, or Aircall.
Qualify leads based on fit, timing, and budget.
Keep CRM data organized and updated daily.
Share feedback from conversations so we can improve our messaging and targeting.
Who you are
You’re curious, committed, and driven.
You like understanding how people think and what makes businesses tick. You know how to write in a way that feels personal. You’re not afraid of calling a decision-maker and having a clear, confident conversation.
You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales. You’re comfortable using outreach tools, building lists, and running campaigns. You’re organized, persistent, and don’t need to be micromanaged.
What you’ll get
Base : 8.5-10 LPA (fixed)
Incentives : Uncapped performance-based earnings tied to meetings and deals. Top performers typically make 12–15 LPA annually, with a clear path to 18–25 LPA OTE as an Account Executive.

Please note : There’s a 3-month probation period upon joining. During this time, we’ll look at performance, consistency, and culture fit. The goal is to make sure the role works well for both sides. If the probation period is not successful, the employment will end at the close of the three months.
You need to bring your own device during probation. We ship an Authority Juice laptop only after the three-month probation is completed.
