Shift : 4 : 30 PM IST to 11 30 PM IST

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Audit Intern to support our Human Resources Department. The intern will assist in maintaining and organizing HR documentation, coordinating recruitment activities, supporting internal and cross-departmental audit processes, and contributing to general HR operations. The candidate will also gain exposure to US payroll processes and compliance requirements while learning about HR's role in overall organizational governance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Documentation & Record Management

• Prepare, organize, and maintain all HR-related documents and employee records.
• Ensure HR files, forms, and reports are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
• Assist in updating internal databases (employee details, attendance, etc.).
• Handle document filing—both digital and physical—systematically and confidentially.
