Quality Engineer II

Responsibilities

Managing Day to day Plant Quality Process as below.

• Incoming quality control supervision.
• Managing Assembly / Process Quality.
• Molding Quality monitoring and review.
• Communication and follow ups with supplier for incoming Quality related CA / PA
• Quality Metrics reports.
• Leading RMA activities for both Mfg. & BTS.
• Leading Six Sigma green belt projects.
• Site champion for BIQ Audit.
• Managing and controlling process rejections.
• Continuous improvement of product and process.
• Review and documentation of required Documents for ISO : 9001 : 2015 Audits (Internal & External Audits)
• Works with CFT for product and Process Improvements.
• SPOC for site Poka-Yoke event being driven by BA.
• Carrying RCA and making reports for field return samples.
• Managing Calibration activities of MME's.
• Team training for External Quality circle presentation.
• NPI- samples review and reporting
