Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Domestic & International – EMEA, Thailand & Brunei)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple geographies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment partners for timely closures.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates as per business requirements.
• Manage onboarding formalities and ensure a seamless joining experience.
• Maintain applicant tracking and communication through Zoho Recruit ATS.
