About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager (Key Accounts) to drive domestic staffing growth and strategic client relationships across India.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in staffing sales, enterprise account management, and workforce solutions, with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and scale long-term partnerships.
This role demands strong ownership, customer-centricity, and the ability to accelerate revenue through high-value enterprise engagements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, pursue, and close domestic staffing & workforce solution opportunities across India, with a focus on enterprise acquisition.
- Manage key accounts end-to-end, including client onboarding, relationship building, revenue growth, and retention.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, market intelligence, and long-term account planning.
- Conduct account-level planning, revenue forecasting, and performance reviews to ensure target achievement.
- Engage with large enterprises across IT, Engineering, Shared Services & Manufacturing to drive staffing partnerships and new business.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing proposals, SLAs, and ensure profitable engagement models.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within assigned accounts by aligning with client workforce & transformation needs.
- Track industry trends, competitor moves, and market shifts to identify business opportunities in staffing & talent solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, MIS tracking, and provide timely business reporting to Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Staffing Business Development, or Key Account Management (Domestic staffing experience mandatory).
- Proven success in enterprise client acquisition, key account growth, and revenue generation.
- Experience working with clients in Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Robotics, Automation, Semiconductors is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and account governance.
- Strong interpersonal ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive long-term partnerships.
