About the Role

At Easebuzz, operations involve multi-faceted role which involves managing merchant onboarding (Online or offline), automations around tech related capabilities and building processes to ensure that compliance are always in check and proper controls. Data analytics will be at the core of your job enabling different actions or processes which can bring higher scale to the company. You should be then able to convert these insights into ideas and drive our relationship deeper into our merchant-ecosystem.

Job Description – Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage payment experience including monitoring payment processing systems and resolving payment issues and exceptions in order to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Lead, motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
  • Leverage technology as well as internal and external product solutions to achieve the scale through automation and defect elimination
  • Provide tools and solutions to optimize for processes to manage merchant onboarding experience using better products. Example : AI
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across customer support, tech, product, business, risk, compliance, legal and external stakeholders across banks, processors, and networks
  • Work on latest technology solutions to innovate and drive better profitability for the company. This would require better liaison with the product team and work on atleast 4-5 new solutions
  • Work alongside banks, partners to drive new solutions atleast once in a quarter
  • Provide seamless and exemplary experience in providing reconciliation for both offline and online payments to merchants.
  • Work on tools, solutions to manage and effectively report efficiency of team reporting to you
  • Work on new products and ideas to help the organization have larger market share and better outreach
  • Build examples of innovation and also include yourself in enhancing skills or addition of new team members from time to time.

What we’re looking for

1. 10+ years of experience in SaaS / Fintech companies, in sales management or customer-facing product management.

2. Understanding of regulatory framework, compliances and understanding of payments as well as SAAS ecosystems.

3. Ability to understand and simplify complex technical and product requirements. Ability to participate in the co-creation process.

4. Great problem-solving, communication, and verbal skills.

5. You should have atleast 5 years of people management experience with exposure on advanced tools used for managing processes in operations management.

6. Great presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet. We believe product deck creation is an art and a product genre by itself!

7. Are a hustler who can contribute above and beyond the call of duty

8. Persuasion skills without being forceful. You use both data and intuition to do that.

9. Ability to go into unknown territories and navigate comfortably
