Role Overview

The Civil Head will lead Micromitti's civil engineering function — driving the design, execution, and quality of sustainable infrastructure projects. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to green construction practices. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery end-to-end while building a high-performing civil engineering team aligned with Micromitti's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects (roads, water systems, soil stabilization, micro-structures, etc.).
• Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with environmental, architectural, and R&D teams to integrate sustainable materials and circular construction principles.
• Develop engineering standards, SOPs, and safety protocols in line with national and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and government liaisons for permits and compliance.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Mentor and develop the civil engineering team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Drive adoption of green technologies and low-carbon materials in construction processes.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
