Location : 11, Kapil Vihar, Pitampura, New Delhi

Work Mode : Offline (in-store) + handling online leads

Experience : 1–4 years in fashion retail (preferred)

Eligibility : Candidate must live within 5 km radius of Pitampura

✨ About the Role

We are looking for a confident, client-focused Sales Executive who can convert walk-ins, WhatsApp leads, and Instagram enquiries into sales. This role requires excellent communication, product knowledge, and a strong sales mindset.

🛍️ Key Responsibilitie

• Attend all walk-in clients at the Pitampura studio and provide styling assistance
• Convert online leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram into sales
• Maintain a strong command over the brand’s products, fabrics, fits, sizes, and collections
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle billing, order details, and client database updates
• Follow up with potential customers and ensure conversions
• Ensure the store is presentable and ready for clients at all times
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
• Coordinate with the team for order status, delivery dates, and customisations
