Data Steward (Immediate Start)

We are seeking an experienced Data Steward to support our R&D data management initiatives. The role will be pivotal in ensuring that assets are uniquely and correctly tagged within the Master Data Management (MDM) system, enabling consistency, accuracy, and alignment across global markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain master data for R&D assets, ensuring accuracy, uniqueness, and alignment across markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different geographies to align on definitions, standards, and governance for R&D data assets.
• Support R&D pipeline data management end-to-end, ensuring smooth integration with MDM processes.
• Contribute to data quality initiatives by defining rules, validating data, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Document definitions, rules, and metadata and ensure they are embedded in the system.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Data, R&D, IT, Governance) to drive data consistency and usability.
