Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, and banquets.
Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene in line with brand guidelines.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Support in achieving departmental financial targets (cost control, upselling, revenue generation).
Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory, requisitions, and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to creating guest engagement initiatives to enhance dining experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations (supervisory level preferred).
Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and operational procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong guest-oriented approach with attention to detail.
