About the Role

We’re looking for a highly experienced Technical Content Writer who goes beyond writing, someone who thinks strategically, researches deeply, and understands how great content can move prospects through the funnel. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products are perceived, bridging the gap between technical capability and customer relevance.

This is not just about creating content, it’s about creating impactful narratives that position our SaaS products as market leaders and compel our audience to take action.

What You’ll Do

• Research and deeply understand our market, audience, and competition to identify messaging gaps and opportunities.
• Craft compelling content that highlights our unique value proposition (USP), what makes us different and why it matters.
• Write and edit a wide range of materials, including website copy, product pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to translate technical features into clear, persuasive business benefits.
• Continuously analyze competitor messaging, tone, and positioning and use that insight to strengthen our own.
• Support website revamps and launches by building a strong, cohesive content framework aligned with our buyer’s journey.
• Create content that drives awareness, interest, and conversion across channels.
