Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer at M K Ponda College of Business & Management, located in Bhopal. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for overseeing campus placements, developing training programs, and enhancing students' soft skills. Daily tasks include coordinating with recruiters, preparing students for interviews, organizing campus placement drives, and building relationships with industry partners.
