Position Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to support the recruitment process for various client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing : Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Resume Screening : Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.

Initial Interviews : Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.

Job Postings : Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.

Candidate Communication : Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Client Interaction : Support recruitment efforts by coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

Scheduling : Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Recruitment Documentation : Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively identify and attract candidates.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and effectively interact with candidates and clients.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
