As a Production Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our content team through all
stages of production — from pre-production planning to shoot execution and post-production.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to on-camera content, making this a dynamic role

Responsibilities :
- Pre-Production & Planning :
- Assist in conceptualizing shoot ideas and planning production timelines in collaboration with the content and creative teams.
- Help with location scouting, equipment setup checklists, and coordinating logistics for
- shoots.
- Research AI tools and emerging trends to improve production workflows and ideation.
- Shoot Execution :
- Be hands-on during shoots — setting up cameras, lights, audio, and managing
- production equipment.
- Serve as on-camera talent when required, helping bring fun, engaging concepts to life.
- Ensure smooth on-set operations and support the director or producer with real-time
- needs.
- Post-Production Support :
- Assist in organizing and backing up footage, and preparing content for editing.
- Support the editing team with rough cuts, subtitles, or basic edits if needed.
- Suggest creative inputs during the post process to elevate the final output.
- Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with content creators, editors, and designers to align visuals with the brand&aposs voice.
- Join brainstorming sessions to pitch new video content ideas for various formats —reels, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes, etc.
- Stay updated on AI content tools and share recommendations with the team.
Requirements :
Production Enthusiast : Strong interest in all stages of content production — from planning to post.Confident On-Camera Presence : Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when needed with a natural, authentic presence.Tech & Tool Savvy : Familiarity with basic production equipment and video editing software is a plus.Creative & Curious : Passionate about exploring new storytelling techniques and leveraging AI tools in content creation.Team Player : Good communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Education : Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.Show more
