About the role :

We are building the worlds first professional identity verification platform, designed to transform how professionals connect, verify, and build trust in a digital-first world.

By replacing outdated use-cases with secure, verifiable ones, we are building the foundation of a global professional trust ecosystem.

We are now seeking a Technology Lead / Co-Founder (Tech) to take charge of our technology roadmap, build scalable systems, and shape the product from beta launch to global scale.

Role Overview :

As the Technology Lead / Tech Co-Founder, you will :

  • Own the technical vision, architecture, and execution of the platform.
  • Lead the development of the identity verification engine, exchange, and supporting SaaS infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define the product roadmap, market fit, and growth trajectory.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, setting culture and standards.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and trust are at the core of every build.

This role is ideal for someone who wants not just a job, but a seat at the table as a co-founder.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and deliver the technical strategy and architecture for the platform.
  • Lead product development cycles from beta launch to global scaling.
  • Oversee full-stack development (front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, mobile).
  • Ensure high standards of data privacy, security, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, etc.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with tech vendors, cloud providers, and verification services.
  • Drive innovation in AI, blockchain / Web3, or other advanced tech where applicable to strengthen the verification ecosystem.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the engineering team.
  • Represent technology in investor meetings, client pitches, and strategic :
  • 8+ years of proven experience in software / product engineering, ideally in SaaS, identity management, fintech, or security domains.
  • Strong expertise in modern tech stacks : Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure), microservices, APIs, data architecture, mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of data security, identity verification, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in scaling products from MVP to mass adoption.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : comfortable with ambiguity, resource-constrained environments, and rapid pivots.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with blockchain / Web3, AI / ML, or decentralized identity frameworks.
