Lead ISDM's digital and performance marketing efforts across admissions (PGP-DM), branding, and institutional campaigns (WoB, RBPM, DoDM).
Balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution to design, run, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
Drive end-to-end campaign ownership, from audience insights - execution - reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy & Campaign Management
a. Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (admissions + branding).
b. Translate audience insights, personas, and demographics into targeted campaigns.
c. Manage annual performance marketing budgets (> INR 50L) with accountability for conversions (50-75+ for admissions).
2. Performance Marketing Execution
a. Set up and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, etc.
b. Define KPIs, monitor daily, and pivot strategies using data-driven insights.
c. Deliver weekly / monthly performance reports with ROI and funnel analysis.
3. Creative & Copy :
a. Develop and review campaign messaging, headlines, and ad copy.
b. Collaborate with design / video teams for high-performing assets.
4. Data & Analytics :
a. Analyze dashboards and reports to identify trends and opportunities.
b. Recommend funnel improvements to reduce CPL and increase conversions.
5. Stakeholder & Process Management :
a. Coordinate with admissions, design, and content teams to align campaigns.
b. Manage external agencies / vendors, ensuring accountability and results.
c. Establish campaign calendars, review cycles, and reporting rhythms.
Qualification and Skills :
1. Experience : 8-12 years in performance marketing, with at least 3-4 years in senior / lead roles.
2. Sectoral Fit : Strongly preferred - education or social sector campaigns.
3. Proven Track Record : Managed budgets > INR 50L and delivered significant conversion outcomes.
Must-Have Competencies :
1. Audience research, personal building, demographic targeting.
2. Copywriting for performance ads.
3. Data analytics, reporting, and actionable insights.
4. Budget management and B2C funnel optimization.
5. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
Technical Expertise :
1. LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Analytics.
2. CRM tools (Meritto, Zoho or equivalent).
3. SEO fundamentals, Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
