We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead our human resources function and drive people strategies across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead the HR team and manage overall HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance programs.
• Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide HR staff while fostering a positive organizational culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development & Experience :
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector.
• Strong leadership, people management, and HR operations expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and organizational change.
• Male candidates preferred (as per requirements).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
