Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO) Consultant with strong expertise in IS-U FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP utilities, end-to-end configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO and IS-U FICA modules.

Analyze business processes and design system solutions aligned with project goals.

Manage integration points with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, IS-U).

Perform system testing, documentation, and user training.

Support business users with issue resolution and continuous improvements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

4–10 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.

Strong knowledge of IS-U FICA processes (Billing & Invoicing, Payments, Dunning, Collections).

Experience in configuration, enhancements, and user exits.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Certification in SAP FICO or IS-U is an advantage.
