1. Java Proficiency : Strong understanding of Java programming, including OOP principles.

2. Frameworks : Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot or Java EE for building RESTful APIs.

3. Database Knowledge : Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

4. API Development : Skills in designing and consuming RESTful services.
