Job Description :

Our reputed client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Civil Sales Manager for its Hyderabad operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in civil engineering or building materials sales, marketing, and services , with a strong network in the construction and infrastructure industry.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, developers, contractors, and architects .

Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and discover emerging business prospects.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships , ensuring strong engagement with both existing and potential clients.

Organize and lead client meetings , deliver presentations , and conduct product demonstrations to promote building material solutions.

Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, production, logistics , and customer service to ensure efficient service delivery.

Follow company policies regarding pricing , credit terms , and sales guidelines .

Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and inquiries using the company's CRM software on a daily basis.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building materials sales or civil project marketing .

Salary : As per company norms

Incentives : Performance-based incentives
