Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex / Visual Force

Description - Hyderabad

Experience - 6 to 10 years

Salary range - 15 to 27 (dont disclose)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Oversee configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations (APIs, middleware), and data migration activities.
• Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
• Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Mentor and guide developers and administrators to build internal capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance & Experience :
• 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2- 3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
• Strong expertise in :

1. Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

2. Salesforce APIs (REST / SOAP / Bulk) and integration patterns

3. Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL)

4. Declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules)
