🔹 Position : Retail Trainer

📍 Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu (with 50% travel)

🕒 Type : Full-time

💰 CTC : ₹6,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and support Adidas Sales Academy and training initiatives.
• Drive a culture of learning and continuous development across stores.
• Plan and deliver workshops for store teams and managers.
• Localize and roll out seasonal training programs.
• Coach and mentor in-store teams on brand and product excellence.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and share monthly reports / newsletters.
• Identify and develop future in-store trainers.
