Production Supervisor

Job Title : Production Supervisor – Home Care Division

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organise, and supervise day-to-day production activities for home care products such as detergents, cleaners, and related formulations.
• Ensure production targets are met as per schedule with consistent quality and yield.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown repairs.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and GMP practices across the shop floor.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
• Train, guide, and supervise production line staff – allocating manpower efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch reports, consumption, output, and wastage.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, quality parameters, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QC, R&D, Packaging, and Inventory teams for timely material availability and batch completion.
• Conduct shift meetings and report operational performance to management.
