We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer - Java to join our Client's team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java programming and proven experience in delivering high-quality training programs to corporate employees.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training programs on Java programming for corporate employees and educational institutes.
Assess and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Develop training materials and documentation to support learning objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java and incorporate them into training sessions.
Collaborate with management to understand training needs and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

2-10 years of experience in Java programming and training.

Strong understanding of Java core concepts, OOP principles, and design patterns.

Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

Familiarity with integrated development environments (IDEs) like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
