Job Title : Digital Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the entire IT infrastructure, applications, and systems for our plant operations. With 15+ years of experience, you will be responsible for heading the overall digital landscape.

This role will support, maintain, and enhance IT operations required to meet manufacturing and compliance necessities, including production, QC, engineering, and warehouse functions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of heading IT systems in medium to large-scale formulations or API manufacturing facilities.

A key responsibility includes designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure and systems, managing active and passive networking components, ensuring information security measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate should have adequate knowledge of OT-IT systems integration, IT applications, and regulated audits. Technical skills include proficiency in server management, strong knowledge of active and passive networking, expertise in information security, and knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality processes.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, or equivalent are desirable. Additionally, experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies is an advantage.

Key qualifications include a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field from a reputed institute and 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.
