Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruitment Associate located in Indore. The Junior Recruitment Associate will be responsible for assisting in the hiring process, which includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, and recruiting suitable candidates. Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Proficient in Interviewing and Screening candidates
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 0.5 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus
