About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to join our dynamic documentation team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documents, user manuals, and knowledge base content for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit technical documentation, including user guides, process documents, and release notes.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand product features and translate them into clear documentation.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all materials.
• Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Adhere to documentation standards and templates.
