Key Deliverables

Lead and optimize the supply base management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and implement strategies for supplier evaluation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Negotiate and manage contracts with strategic suppliers, focusing on cost and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of new product introductions.

Role Responsibilities

Oversee and manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and technology.

Implement spend management strategies including inventory reduction and supplier rationalization.

Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet strategic goals.

Ensure continuous improvement of sourcing practices and alignment with technology roadmaps.
