Global Recruitment Coordinator
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in recruitment coordination and experience working with global teams. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to recruiters across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide coordination support for recruiters, including scheduling interviews and managing logistics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure seamless interview processes.
- Manage high-volume recruiting activities, including tracking and reporting on key metrics.
- Partner with recruiters to streamline interview logistics and improve the candidate experience.
- Update and maintain recruiting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills :
4+ years of recruitment coordination experience, with exposure to various regions and cultures.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle high-volume scheduling and multitasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.Work Schedule :
