Job Title : Oracle HCM Core Integration Consultant - Technical

Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our dynamic global team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep technical and functional expertise to lead end-to-end implementations and provide robust post-production support for our enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion HCM solution. You will be the key link between our onsite strategy and offshore delivery teams, ensuring excellence across all HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor (OTL).
  • Design, develop, and maintain key technical components : HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, HDL scripts, and Payroll Flow Patterns.
  • Provide high-level production support, including troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing integrations.
  • Conduct data analysis and scripting using Oracle PL / SQL and perform file operations in Unix / Linux environments.
  • Utilize enterprise tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and GitHub for issue tracking, project management, and code delivery.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage deliverables with a high degree of autonomy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Proven track record as a functional AND technical consultant on multiple full-lifecycle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and Payroll Flow Patterns.
  • Strong analytical and development skills in Oracle PL / SQL.
  • Practical experience working within Unix / Linux command-line environments.
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across different time zones.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI infrastructure.
  • Background supporting large, multi-national enterprise clients.
