Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
Ensure superior guest experience through personalized service and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
Supervise and train department heads and staff for efficient performance.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance reports.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for promotions and business growth.
Conduct regular operational audits and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Ensure property upkeep, asset maintenance, and vendor management.
