Position Description : Senior Finance Analyst - (Controllership - P2P)

Location : Bangalore

Join our high-impact Controllership team at the heart of Finance Operations! We're looking for a detail-driven, strategic finance professional to join our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function.

This role blends core accounting expertise with hands-on financial operations across vendor payments, supply chain financing, automation, compliance, and cost efficiency in addition to ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and regulatory compliance across high-volume vendor and payment operations.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Tech, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive process excellence and financial control in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Focus Areas :

• Lead end-to-end P2P controllership, including vendor payments, returns, and disputes
• Ensure strong internal controls, SOPs, and balance sheet hygiene
• Manage audit readiness and financial accuracy of AP and vendor receivables
• Support statutory & internal audits, monthly closes, and reconciliations
• Drive automation, compliance, and cost-efficiency in finance operations
• Oversee accounting policies, MIS, cash flow planning, and controls
