Job descriptionAct as the founders’ shadow – manage daily strategic & operational priorities Support financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and investor reporting Create investor decks, strategy documents, pitches, and growth reports Coordinate across teams (tech, content, marketing, operations) and external partners Own end-to-end execution of high-impact projects Get direct exposure to fundraising, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and product decisions Any degree – B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, Economics, Mathematics, etc. Outstanding spoken & written English communication Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) Basic understanding of business / finance is a plus (we’ll teach you everything else!) Passion for education and startups – you genuinely want to make a difference Daily mentorship directly from the founders 360° exposure to strategy, operations, fundraising, marketing, and product Opportunity to independently lead projects that impact thousands of students Strong full-time offer (₹3.6 LPA+) if you perform A rocket-ship launchpad for a career in EdTech, strategy, consulting, or entrepreneurship

Duration : 3 Months (Excellent chance of conversion to Full-Time based on performance)
Stipend : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Post-Internship CTC (on conversion) : ₹3.6 LPA + benefits
