Position - Telemarketer
Exp - 0-1 year
Location - Mumbai
Working Days & Time : 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday and 10 AM - 5 PM any 2 Saturdays
Skills - Telemarketing, B2B / B2C Sales, lead generation, Outbound calls
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make daily 100 connected outbound calls from provided databases.
- Introduce and explain our services to prospects in a clear, engaging manner.
- Identify qualified leads and record relevant details accurately.
- Maintain a call log and update CRM systems with lead status.
- Collaborate with the sales / marketing team for smooth handover of leads.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
