Financial Consultant Will be involved in Cash Flow Management

• Evaluate and structure deals including outright purchase, JDA, JV, and other models.
• Prepare and analyze financial models to assess project feasibility, profitability, and investment viability.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders lawyers, architects, and consultants to facilitate due diligence (technical, financial, legal) for deal closure.
• Oversee cash flow management by tracking budget vs. actual costs, highlight variances, and recommending corrective action.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, brokers, and developers to ensure a continuous pipeline of opportunities
