Key Responsibilities

Consulting Manager :

• Project Management of consulting mandates for infrastructure advisory team
• Client management
• Preparation of deliverables, reports, certificates, etc. with the support of the team in a timely manner
• Guiding team on day-to-day basis during project execution
• During sales and pre-sales, get involved for scoping, effort estimation, pricing and schedule; Also lead the proposal delivery with support from proposal support team
• Work with the Project director and sales directors on upselling and cross-selling other offerings to existing Clients on existing projects
• Provide guidance and on-the-job coaching to team members during project execution

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience. 7+ years experience in a business / consulting environment. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any / all of the following : criminal / civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Certifications Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable preferred.
