Project description
We are starting a new project for one of the leading global food corporations.
The objective of this engagement is to establish a 27x7 offshore sustain support model for the client’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) ecosystem, covering Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and the CTWO orchestration platform, with ServiceNow as the ITSM tool.
The sustain team will be responsible for Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support, ensuring high availability, stability, and compliance of the RPA platforms and their associated infrastructure
Responsibilities
Act as SME for BP, AA, and CTWO orchestration platforms.
Handle major incidents and problems in ServiceNow : perform root cause analysis, provide RCA documentation.
Manage platform upgrades, patching, license renewals, and scaling of BP / AA platforms.
Optimize bot scheduling and orchestration in CTWO for efficiency.
Define and enforce governance (RBAC, user / role mgmt, security compliance).
Automate operational tasks (PowerShell, .NET, Python, API integrations with ServiceNow).
Mentor and guide L2 engineers, provide knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with vendors (Blue Prism, AA, CTWO) and internal IT infra / security teams for escalations.
Participate in DR tests, monitoring enhancements, performance tuning.
Support change & release mgmt for new automations, ensuring smooth deployment into prod.
Skills
Must have
5–8 years of experience in RPA platform engineering / support.
Strong expertise in Blue Prism (on-prem infra-heavy) and Automation Anywhere (cloud).
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM workflows.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, .NET, Python) for automation.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Power BI, Splunk, Azure Monitoring).
Strong ITIL process knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change).
Excellent stakeholder coordination and vendor mgmt skills.
Nice to have
Experience with CTWO orchestration or similar enterprise schedulers / orchestrators.
