Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Jatni. The Technical Lead will oversee and guide the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. Daily tasks include leading project planning sessions, assigning tasks to team members, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand and shape project requirements. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development and coding expertise in any language (C# / Python / Java / Others..)
• Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security best practices
