Job descriptionConduct in-depth user research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and product-market fit. Define and communicate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities. Work closely with designers and engineers to translate product vision into tangible features and experiences. Lead the development and execution of UI / UX strategies that create seamless and intuitive user journeys. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to understand user feedback and ensure product aligns with business goals. Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to optimise product performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions. Present product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including senior management and potential investors. Bachelor's degree in Product Management, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in product management with a demonstrably successful track record of developing and managing complex design projects Strong understanding of UI / UX design principles and best practices and have a diverse portfolio to showcase. Proficiency in Adobe tools, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, In vision, Figma and others Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand company / brand guidelines and incorporate the same within design, Extensive experience in collaborating with multiple teams both inter / intra company Experience in providing creative insight to improve existing products Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus A portfolio of professional UI / UX work for both web and mobile platforms. Experience with Retail or any SaaS platforms is an added advantage

- Working Days & Hours – Working days will be Monday to Friday, 9 hrs working
- Interviews will have 3 rounds of interview (1st quick discussion with Sr. Product Manager, then the Assignment Round, Final round with Founder)
