Responsibilities

Customer Assistance : Greet customers understand their needs and provide expert guidance in selecting jewelry pieces.

Sales and Transactions : Process sales handle payments and manage transactions efficiently.

Showroom Maintenance : Keep the showroom clean organized and visually appealing to attract customers.

Product and Trend Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewelry trends gemstones and product details.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain a strong customer base through excellent service and follow-up.

Inventory and Stock : Assist with managing inventory and stock levels.

Target Achievement : Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications and skills

Education : A high school diploma is often required with a background in gemology being advantageous.

Experience : Previous retail or sales experience especially in luxury goods or jewelry is beneficial.

Skills :
