Supply Chain Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of o9’s supply chain planning solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design scalable solutions, and guide cross-functional teams through successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design-to-deployment lifecycle of o9’s platform across industries.
• Conduct blueprinting sessions and define business requirements, data dependencies, and key design decisions.
• Translate business needs into technical configurations using o9’s platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal process improvements.
• Support customer demos and stakeholder communications.
