Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer, located in Jaipur. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of coffee machines, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing field service tasks. Daily tasks include visiting client locations, diagnosing technical problems, and ensuring the optimal performance of coffee machines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting of machinery
• Experience in Technical Support and Field Service operations
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field
• Relevant experience in servicing coffee machines is a plus
• Technical diploma or degree in a related field
